WILL CALL/PAYMENT OPTIONS

Will Call is available for customers who prefer to monitor their own tanks and schedule deliveries based on specific needs, i.e. customers who are on a COD (Cash On Delivery), seasonal usage, or difficult delivery locations. We ask that Will Call customers notify us when their tank gauge reads 20%- 30% so we can schedule a delivery when our route truck is in your area. 

• CREDIT CARD – All major credit cards are accepted. For payment, contact the branch location that deliveries to your location. Our customer service representatives will answer any questions you may have, and assist you with payment. Another option that is available is saving a credit card on file, please contact us for more information.
• CHECK/CASH/MONEY ORDERS – Payment is made to the driver when the product is delivred to your location. Contact us with any questions.
• ENERGY ASSISTANCE - GrecoPropane is an authorized LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program) vendor. Contact LIHEAP at 1-866-857-7095 or call PA Relay at 711 for the hearing impaired for further information regarding this program. Apply online at: www.compass.state.pa.us
